What if I need to modify my order?

Once your order is placed you are unable to cancel, but you can make changes/alter your order. Please email us at sales@bebeluneandfriends.com.au with your order number.

Please allow 1 to 2 days to receive a reply.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please email us right away at sales@bebeluneandfriends.com.au with your correct shipping address, before we have shipped your items out.

Can I get same day delivery?

No, unfortunately. But we do offer free shipping for orders over $100 within Australia.

What form of payments do you accept?

When shopping online with us, you can pay by credit card (Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal

Afterpay available in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Canada.

How will I know that my payment is completed?

You will receive an email confirmation once payment has been made.

I think I have been charged twice

When you place an order with BÉBÉLUNE, your financial institution may place a hold on the funds at the time of checkout to ensure these are available. This practice is known as pre-authorisation.

If you are viewing your statement online, this looks like an additional charge, but in fact, it is a pre-authorisation and you will not be charged twice.

How long do I have to return an item?

14 business days to return, please contact us for returns.

Do you offer free Returns?

No free returns, postage is paid by customer unless there is an issue from our end
